Refund of the products you have purchased

It is not possible to request a refund except in cases where food products have a different content or weight than the one introduced, the expiration date has passed. The refund request only covers packaged products that have not been opened in a strict way. The price difference is calculated and refunded for the wrong weight and/or incorrectly sent products to you. Otherwise, “FULL and/or PARTIAL REFUND” is not possible in any way.
