Refund of the products you have purchased

It is not possible to request a refund except in cases where food products have a different content or weight than the one introduced, the expiration date has passed. The refund request only covers packaged products that have not been opened in a strict way. The price difference is calculated and refunded for the wrong weight and/or incorrectly sent products to you. Otherwise, “FULL and/or PARTIAL REFUND” is not possible in any way. / we accept full and/or partial refund requests for products sold on and/or through the Mobile App for the following reasons:

Please send us the images of the products and/or products that need to be returned together with your Order number via our Whatsapp Live Support Line. Returns must be completed within 14 days.
